Carriers - Quick Pay

What is a Quick Pay?

  • A Quick Pay is an immediate payment to a carrier, instead of waiting weeks and weeks.
  • Your payment can be the same day that SPI receives the original paperwork from the carrier.
  • You choose how you get your money - either by check, Comchek, or by wire.

How To Qualify For Quick Pay

  • SPI must receive the original invoice and proof of delivery (copies or faxes will not be accepted).
  • You must have an acceptable record on carrier performance websites such as TIA Watchdog or Internet Truckstop.
  • You must have delivered and been paid normally on 2 or more loads with no outstanding issues.
  • You must provide SPI an acceptable signed Proof of Delivery showing your company as the delivering carrier. The Proof of Delivery must be signed, unaltered and have no indications of shortages or damage.

Note - If any of the above cannot be met, then additional information will be required and must be approved by SPI:

  • You must provide a copy of the Drivers License for the principle of the company requesting the Quick Pay.
  • You must provide a copy of your business license.
  • You must provide the insurance and authority numbers to SPI for verification.
  • You must provide SPI a copy of their Single State Registration (cab card) for the truck that delivered the load.
